Version 1.0 · Effective 15 October 2026
1. Who operates this website
NFT Global Validity (“NFTValidity”, nftvalidity.com) is operated by EUROPEAN CENTRE QUALITY TAX CONSULTANCY L.L.C., Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“ECQ”, the “Company”, “we”). Contact: info@ecqnext.com, telephone +971 58 595 9012. How we handle personal data in general is explained in our Privacy Policy (https://nftvalidity.com/privacy).
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small data items that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and certain identifiers. They can keep you signed in, protect forms and sessions against misuse, remember preferences or, if enabled, measure how a website is used.
3. What we use
We use only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising, social-media or other third-party tracking cookies, and the website does not load scripts, fonts or other content from third-party providers. Because only strictly necessary cookies are used, we do not display a consent banner; these cookies cannot be switched off on the website, but you can block or delete them in your browser, in which case forms and sign-in may not work.

4. If optional technologies are introduced
If we introduce analytics, marketing or other optional technologies in the future, we will update this policy beforehand with the provider, purpose and duration of each, ask for your prior consent where the law requires it, and provide a clearly accessible Cookie Settings control. Refusing optional cookies will never prevent the use of essential functions.
5. Third parties and retention
Cloudflare, Inc. processes technical request data, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website, under its own documentation and our agreement with it. Cookie lifetimes may differ from the retention of server logs or account records, which is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes and contact
We will update this policy when the technologies used on the website change, and the effective date will be shown at the top. For questions about cookies or personal data, contact info@ecqnext.com.
