Verification & Digital Assessment Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective 15 October 2026
1. Purpose and issuing authority
This Policy explains the evidence-based method and limitations of NFTValidity assessments. All NFTValidity digital ratings and certificates are private statements issued by EUROPEAN CENTRE QUALITY TAX CONSULTANCY L.L.C. (“ECQ”, the “Company”). They are not governmental certificates, regulated credit ratings, official document legalisations, public-notarial acts or legal opinions of the Company’s external lawyers.
2. Scope of assessment
Each order must identify the NFT or digital record, its relevant blockchain/token references where applicable, the document or agreement being compared, the proposed questions for assessment and the evidence sources authorised for review. A certificate covers only the materials and questions expressly recorded in the case scope; it does not implicitly certify other documents, prior transfers, future performance or unrelated statements.
3. Evidence collection and professional review
Where technically and lawfully available, the platform captures or receives relevant digital traces, identifies provenance and timing, and arranges documents and metadata for inspection. Reviewers may test internal consistency, compare records and, where authorised and appropriate, seek clarification from relevant counterparties. Technical review and legal professional input may be commissioned from different independent contractors according to their expertise.
Neither a successful blockchain check nor a document hash proves that the underlying obligations are enforceable. The Company considers the reliability, completeness and limitations of the evidence before issuing its own assessment. If there is insufficient information, the result must not be presented as verified merely because a customer has paid.
4. Management systems
The Company operates a quality management system certified to MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 (certificate no. 2364834) and an information security management system certified to MSZ ISO/IEC 27001:2023 (certificate no. 8679973). Both certificates were issued by MARTON Szakértő Iroda Kft. (Budaörs, Hungary), a management system certification body accredited by the Hungarian National Accreditation Authority (NAH-4-0047/2023), and are valid until 29 November 2026 subject to annual surveillance audits. The certified scope is the Company’s accounting, bookkeeping and tax consultancy activities. The certificates evidence the Company’s organisational quality and information-security controls; they do not certify the NFTValidity service as such, any individual assessment or its outcome. Copies are available on request and at https://ecqnext.com.
5. Outcome terminology
The exact classification is shown on each issued certificate. The professional outcome of an assessment is one of:
- Supported: the defined checks are supported by the available evidence, subject to stated limits;
- Not Supported: one or more material checks have failed or material contradictions have been identified, as described in the report; or
- Inconclusive: available evidence does not allow a sufficiently reliable conclusion.
An Inconclusive outcome states its reason, for example that the named signatories of an underlying agreement did not respond to a confirmation request within the review period (14 days, extendable once by 7 days). Contacting a counterparty requires the customer’s authorisation.
The outcome is distinct from the certificate’s lifecycle status, which may be Active, Under Review, Superseded, Suspended or Revoked. No outcome or status is a guarantee of legal validity, financial performance or future status.
6. Certificate integrity, publication and verification
Each issued certificate contains a unique reference, issue date, issuer, scope, subject identifiers, status, material limitations and a means of checking its current standing with the Company. Where a public checker is made available, it reveals only proportionate non-confidential data. Certificate contents must not be altered or quoted without the associated qualifications.
The Company may amend, suspend or withdraw its assessment if credible new evidence, a material error, misuse or a legal obligation requires action. A superseded or revoked certificate must not be presented as currently valid. Evidence of technical integrity is distinct from confirmation that all stated real-world claims are true.
7. Challenges and corrections
A customer or materially affected person may submit a reasoned challenge containing the certificate reference, the specific contested statement and supporting documents to info@ecqnext.com. We will assess the challenge, preserve appropriate audit records, and where necessary consult the relevant reviewer or request additional evidence. Corrections and revocations are recorded with the effective date, and affected parties are notified where required and feasible.
8. Independence and conflicts of interest
Fees do not depend on a positive classification. Any material conflict affecting the independence of a professional review is identified and managed before that professional is engaged. Reviewers confine opinions to their remit and applicable professional standards. The Company remains the issuer of its own certificate and does not attribute an opinion to an external law firm or other reviewer unless that firm or reviewer has actually given it and has agreed to be named.
9. No official status or expanded reliance
The service is a private documentary and technical evaluation process. An NFTValidity result cannot replace due diligence, an appropriately commissioned legal opinion, a court finding, regulated audit, investment research or statutory compliance checks. Third parties must consider the complete certificate, its date, scope, restrictions and current status before using it in decisions.
