Version 1.3 · Effective 26 October 2026
1. Acceptance and scope
NFT Global Validity (“NFTValidity”), available at nftvalidity.com, is operated by EUROPEAN CENTRE QUALITY TAX CONSULTANCY L.L.C., Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“ECQ”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to access to NFTValidity.com, associated software, user accounts, evidence-submission facilities, digital-record analysis workflows, reports and Company-issued digital assessment certificates (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, submitting a case, placing an order or expressly accepting these Terms, you agree to them. If you use the Services on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
An individual order, accepted quotation or specific engagement description may define the assessment scope, price, expected delivery and special conditions. If it conflicts with these Terms, the individually accepted written agreement prevails for that engagement.
2. What the Services do
NFTValidity is a technology-enabled evidence collection, submission and assessment platform. Depending on the agreed scope and the evidence lawfully available, its tools may collect, organise, preserve, compare or present digital traces such as blockchain transaction identifiers, token and smart-contract references, timestamps, hashes, file metadata, relevant documentary records, signatures, communications and other user-supplied evidence.
The collected material is made available for review to the Company’s personnel and, where appropriate, contracted technical or legal professionals. Following the review and subject to sufficient evidence, the Company may issue its own private digital assessment or certificate documenting the assessed material, the review scope, the outcome and any stated qualifications. The certificate is issued by ECQ, not by a government body, court, public notary, lawyer or supervisory authority.
The Services assess available evidence only. They do not create, register, transfer, guarantee or enforce ownership, contractual rights, debt claims, securities, investments or other assets; and they do not operate as a marketplace, exchange, custodian, wallet provider or investment manager under these Terms.
3. Professional partners and independence
The Company works with independent contracted professional partners, which may include Szkalka Ügyvédi Iroda (Szkalka Law Office), Budapest, Hungary, through Dr. Tamás Szkalka, and Akram Al Hashmi Advocacy & Legal Consultants (Akram Legal), United Arab Emirates, and other technical specialists engaged for a defined assignment. The scope of any partner’s participation depends on the individual case and the applicable professional engagement.
Such partners provide specialist input to the Company’s assessment process where commissioned. Their identification does not mean they have reviewed or approved every case, issued the Company’s certificate, guaranteed its contents, or endorsed every statement on this website. Unless a separate written engagement expressly provides otherwise, using NFTValidity does not establish a lawyer–client relationship between the user and a partner law firm, nor does it guarantee legal professional privilege for information submitted through the platform.
4. Nature and limits of the result
A certificate states an evidence-based private assessment as at its issue date, within the scope and limitations described in the certificate or accompanying report. Any positive result means only that the specific checks described were supported by the evidence available to the Company at that time. An inconclusive or negative result does not in itself establish fraud or illegality.
Unless expressly stated in a separately contracted professional opinion, the Services do not certify or guarantee: (a) the legal validity or enforceability of a contract in any jurisdiction; (b) the capacity, authority or actual consent of every person whose name appears in a record; (c) beneficial ownership or good title to an NFT or underlying asset; (d) the commercial value, liquidity or investment suitability of any token; (e) payment, performance, solvency or recoverability of any debt or obligation; (f) the absence of disputes, competing rights, forgery, off-chain transactions or undisclosed facts; or (g) acceptance by a court, authority, bank, exchange or third party.
A hash, on-chain transaction, timestamp or digital signature can demonstrate certain technical facts but does not, by itself, establish the authenticity of every real-world statement associated with the record. No certificate is an official government credential, notarisation, court judgment, regulated financial rating or investment recommendation.
5. Eligibility and customer responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old, or act through a legally authorised business representative, and may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and provenance of all material submitted. You warrant that you are entitled to provide the data and documents, have a lawful basis to disclose any third-party personal or confidential information, and have obtained any required permissions or given any required notices.
You must not submit fabricated evidence, unlawfully obtained data, malicious code, private keys, wallet seed phrases or unnecessary highly sensitive information. You must not misrepresent a certificate, modify its result or use it to imply state approval or guaranteed financial returns.
We may ask you for further documents, verification of identity or authority, source materials or cooperation with lawful third-party confirmation. If information is absent, unreliable, inconsistent or cannot lawfully be examined, we may limit the review, issue an inconclusive result, refuse an assessment or suspend the case.
6. Procedure and issuance
Each engagement may comprise: (i) submission and scope confirmation; (ii) collection and organisation of available digital evidence; (iii) technical and/or professional review, including independent contact with identified parties when specifically authorised and appropriate; (iv) assessment and quality control; and (v) issuance of a digital report or certificate, or a notice explaining that no reliable conclusion can be reached.
The available checks, level of human involvement, review period and permitted evidence sources vary by case. We do not promise that all checks will be performed in every matter or that any specific outcome will be reached. A stated turnaround time is an estimate unless explicitly guaranteed in the accepted order.
Certificates may contain an identifier, issue date, subject references, assessment scope, status, methodological qualifications, relevant technical identifiers and a verification link. Only the latest status displayed by our own validation service, if available, should be relied upon. We may correct, update, suspend or revoke a result if material information changes, an error is found, evidence is challenged or misuse is suspected. Where reasonably feasible, we will document a material status change and provide an opportunity to submit clarifying evidence.
7. Fees, cancellation and refunds
Each verification begins with a primary assessment. The primary assessment fee is USD 29, including UAE value added tax at the standard rate of 5%, and is paid by card through our payment provider (Stripe) when the application is submitted; the application is accepted for assessment only after payment has been received. The fee for issuing an official certificate depends on the value and complexity of the asset and is set out in a written quotation after the primary assessment, stating the scope, the fee, applicable VAT, the expected timeframe and the payment method. Fees are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless the quotation states otherwise. The primary assessment fee already paid is credited against the certificate fee. Where the certificate fee is payable, you pay only the balance remaining after this credit, and we issue a separate tax invoice for that balance; the invoice already issued for the primary assessment fee remains unchanged. A quotation is valid for 14 days from the date it is sent, unless it states otherwise. Unless the quotation provides otherwise, the certificate fee is payable in advance, and work on the certificate begins once the quotation has been accepted and payment has been received.
Paid fees compensate for the agreed work and review, not for a positive certificate. The same assessment principles apply regardless of outcome.
You may request cancellation before substantive assessment work begins. Where work has already started, reasonable charges for services actually performed and non-recoverable third-party expenses may apply, to the extent permitted by law and as disclosed in the applicable order. If the Company cancels without customer fault and cannot provide the contracted service, it will refund any prepaid amount attributable to work not performed. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Any case-specific refund or cancellation terms will be stated in the quotation.
If we decline an application before the primary assessment has started, we refund the primary assessment fee in full. Once the primary assessment has started, the fee is non-refundable, as it compensates for the review performed and not for a particular outcome.
Preliminary review and quotation. The primary assessment fee covers a preliminary review of the submitted asset and the preparation of a quotation for the full assessment. You may accept or decline the quotation. If you decline it, or it expires without acceptance, the engagement is closed: the full assessment is not carried out, no certificate is issued, neither party has further obligations in respect of that engagement, and the primary assessment fee is not refunded. The fee for the full assessment is payable irrespective of whether the outcome is Supported, Not Supported or Inconclusive.
8. Confidentiality and case sharing
We will treat non-public case materials as confidential, subject to our Privacy Policy, necessary disclosure to contracted reviewers and service providers, lawful disclosure requirements, and permissions granted by the customer. We may disclose relevant material to a named counterparty for confirmation only within an authorised review scope and with an appropriate lawful basis.
We do not publish the entire case file or confidential documents merely because a certificate has been issued. A public verification page, if offered, displays only the minimum information authorised and required to verify the certificate’s identity and status.
9. Quality and information security management
The Company operates a quality management system certified to MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 (certificate no. 2364834) and an information security management system certified to MSZ ISO/IEC 27001:2023 (certificate no. 8679973). Both certificates were issued by MARTON Szakértő Iroda Kft. (Budaörs, Hungary), a management system certification body accredited by the Hungarian National Accreditation Authority (NAH-4-0047/2023), and are valid until 29 November 2026 subject to annual surveillance audits. The certified scope is the Company’s accounting, bookkeeping and tax consultancy activities. The certificates evidence the Company’s organisational quality and information-security controls; they do not certify the NFTValidity service as such, any individual assessment or its outcome. Copies are available on request and at https://ecqnext.com.
10. Intellectual property and permitted use
The platform, workflow design, software, trademarks and report templates are owned by the Company or its licensors. You retain rights in lawfully submitted materials and grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process them as necessary to provide the requested Services, protect the platform and meet applicable obligations. On full payment, you may use your delivered certificate and report for their stated lawful purposes, with all limitations, context and status information intact. You may not alter, forge, resell, reverse-engineer or imply expanded certification beyond the actual scope.
11. Availability and third-party systems
We use reasonable efforts to operate the platform, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), and website traffic is delivered and protected through Cloudflare, Inc. Public blockchains, node services, external registries, communication networks and user-supplied sources are outside our control. Delays, outages, changes in blockchain data availability or inaccurate third-party records may affect an assessment. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or misuse prevention.
12. Reliance, warranties and liability
The Services are professional-efforts, evidence-based services, not promises of a particular result. Except for express written commitments and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, we disclaim implied warranties that any assessment will detect every defect or that it will be accepted for a particular transaction or legal proceeding.
You should obtain independent legal, financial and technical advice before making material decisions. To the maximum extent legally permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or trading loss arising from reliance outside the certificate’s stated scope. Subject to non-excludable legal rights and liabilities (including fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit), our aggregate contractual liability for a particular assessment will not exceed the fees actually paid to the Company for that assessment. This limitation does not remove any remedy that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.
13. Complaints, disputes and governing law
To challenge a conclusion or report an apparent error, write to info@ecqnext.com and identify the relevant case or certificate reference with supporting evidence. We will review a sufficiently documented challenge and may refer it for renewed technical or professional assessment. Reassessment may involve additional fees where the request concerns new facts rather than our error; any charge will be disclosed in advance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to any mandatory alternative forum or non-waivable consumer protection rights, the competent courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over disputes. Before proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through written correspondence.
14. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms prospectively and will post the new version and effective date. A material change affecting an accepted order will not retroactively reduce agreed rights without a lawful basis or the required consent. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in force to the extent permitted by law.
